Garlic Scapes are a nice, lighter version of cloves of garlic. I like chopping them roughly an inch long and tossing them into to my pasta sauces, stir frys and omelettes a couple of minutes before I turn off the heat. Steaming them whole is also a great way to enjoy the sweet garlicky flavour. Or you could try any of the following 3 recipes...
